Schedule an appointment with a sales representative to see the Ranches community for yourself.  Learn about the new construction purchase process and tour through our model homes and community amenities.

2. Choose your floor plan 

Select a blueprint from one of our 50 different options. There are 5 models homes with endless options of extra bathrooms, open floor plans concepts basements and more!

3. Customize your home

Select everything from your paint colors to your finishes to your appliances.   Choose your details while taking advantage of our builder pricing, expertise and streamlined construction process.
